Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Shiftlogs account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account & Security
We encrypt your password for your security. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
Data Storage & Usage
To provide the "Sync" and "Total Monthly Summary" features, Shiftlogs stores your account credentials, work schedules, shift details, and pay rates on our servers.
While we use industry-standard measures to protect our database and encrypt your account password, other work-related data such as shift times and pay amounts is stored as provided. By using the app, you acknowledge that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Shiftlogs is a calculation tool. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the app's totals and your actual physical paycheck.
Always verify your hours and pay with your employer. Shiftlogs calculations are estimates and should not be the sole basis for payroll disputes.
User Conduct & Sharing
If you use the "Follow" feature, you agree to share your schedule data with the users you approve. You can revoke this access at any time.
You may not use Shiftlogs for any illegal activities or to scrape data from other users.
Limitation of Liability
Shiftlogs is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or employment disputes arising from your use of the app or any inaccuracies in the overtime calculations.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or interfere with the app's operation.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app settings.
